Position Summary Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing patient care, related unit activities and personnel on an assigned shift utilizing the Nursing Process and Relationship-Based Care model as the framework in order to ensure quality patient care and workflow. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing care in Telemetry. Description The APN/NP is a specialty health care provider who provides medical and nursing services to individuals and families. The APN/NP is adept at diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses, and emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention.
