School Nurse-LPN

School LPN Nurse Needed in the Bronx 2 days per week, 9am-5pm! Scope of Services Consultant will coordinate and oversee the health care services across the 2 sites. This includes: -Completing all screenings including vision, height, dental, weight and lead. Dental and vision will be monitored and charted if completed prior by the physician. Weight will be monitored and recorded if completed prior and nurse will do follow up after 3 months.
