Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup. Requirements Current state license as an RN and CPR certification Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements) Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred. Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable. Intervention Radiology (radiation special procedure adm ) 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; Interventional and Critical Care experience preferred. ACLS at time of hire or transfer PALS required within 1 year from date of hire or transfer. Cath Lab (cath lab holding, Electrophysiology (EP)) Critical care, emergency room, cath-lab or telemetry experience preferred; ACLS at time of hire or transfer Endoscopy 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; Endoscopy, telemetry and critical care experience preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer PALS, CCRN, and CGRN preferred. Radiation Oncology (cancer center institute) Oncology Experience Preferred. OCN preferred. Medical Oncology Infusion Services (Cancer Center Institute) Oncology Experience Preferred ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Competency Provider required within 6 mos. from date of hire or transfer. OCN preferred Structural Heart 2 years' experience in cardiology Able To Perform: Phlebotomy EKG IV insertion ACLS required at time of hire or transfer QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/LICENSE: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Nurses hired without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year and completion within 3 years. Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required. BLS required. Valid NJ Driver's License is required for all employees in the Adult and Child Partial Programs. EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire. Specialty Experience Advanced Certification Required Emergency Room: Certification Preferred Mainland Satellite Hammonton 2 years medical/ surgical and/ or emergency room experience preferred.
