Job Summary The Unit-Based Educator, under the supervision of the Director, Manager, or designee, is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and professional development initiatives within a designated unit or department. Develops, implements, and evaluates unit-based orientation programs for new staff, ensuring their seamless integration into the team and adherence to clinical best practices. Maintains and monitors training and certification records for unit staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements. Serves as a resource for staff seeking guidance on clinical practices, evidence-based care, and skill development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
