Oversees patient care delivery and daily operations across assigned inpatient units and/or ambulatory practice areas, utilizing Leader Standard Work to ensure consistency in leadership practices, operational excellence, patient access, quality outcomes, and the implementation of evidence-based best practices. 5. Works collaboratively with the Center-led Staffing Department as needed to ensure staffing grids are met (as covered by this service) and optimize workforce deployment. 6.
