Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed Provides skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations. Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload. Provide patient and family education for disease management and health promotion as directed by physician’s plan of treatment. Minimum Qualifications: New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience Basic Life Support Certification Salary Range USD $33.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
