Empower the Surgical Team: Anticipate the needs of the surgeon by providing the exact instruments and supplies required in real-time, maintaining the critical flow of the operation. Advocate for Patient Safety: Lead the seamless transition of patients through careful positioning and draping, prioritizing their physical safety and dignity at every stage. Ensure Procedural Integrity: Rigorously monitor and track instrument counts and organization throughout the surgery to guarantee a perfect "zero-defect" environment for patient recovery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
