JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Possesses and applies the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care to patients throughout the life span, with consideration of aging process, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process. Ability to provide care for a designated group of patients according to the unit guidelines and hospital policies, procedures and protocols. Ability to lead, guide and motivate staff. Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English. EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of a recognized school of Nursing A Bachelor’s degree (BSN) in Nursing is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of Nursing experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above, may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements . LICENSES, ETC.: Must have a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.
