ED NURSE COORD- QUAL, PI & EOC

Responsible for all Performance Improvement and Education activities/programs within the entity's Emergency Departments. Assures department is competitive based on evidence based practice, quality outcomes & efficiency of care. Performs a leadership role and collaborates with other Hospital leaders to establish and implement department policies and practices. Maintains environment of care (EOC) readiness in the department. Reports and follows-up on inquiries, equipment problems and EOC issues. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Master's Degree Nursing, Education, Business Administration or other related area Preferred Experience 5 years experience in clinical Emergency Department role and/or leadership experience Required General Experience and knowledge of the Principles of Learning and methods of teaching and professional nursing practice and theory Required Licenses PA Registered Nurse License Required Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
