Site Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: Urgent Care (UC) is a multi-faceted department with staff working in various locations to achieve similar departmental goals. The Lead LPN works collaboratively with all team members to: Facilitate a 5-star patient experience by displaying we are Summit Health Serve as a department liaison and resource point person Assist with the oversight of the COVID-19 testing workflow Assist with the training and orientation of new staff, including but not limited to annual competencies and lab training Troubleshoot lab errors and missing specimen issues.
