The RN cares for patients before and after same-day surgery and some patients undergoing outpatient procedures. They also use cost-effective ways to assist patients in promoting health, preventing disease, and managing chronic or acute health problems. Finally, the RN promotes self-management and assists family members or friends in caring for their loved ones. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. 1+ years’ experience working as a Medical-Surgical Nurse. New Jersey RN license. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing. The salary range for the role is $64.8517 - $64.8517 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
