In this role, caregivers provide comfort, companionship, and personal support to individuals during sensitive times. The caregiver helps maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment while assisting clients with daily activities and supporting families throughout the care process. Essential Functions Observe and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to the supervisor or care team. Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining the client’s dignity and comfort. Provide medication reminders according to the care plan (non-medical). Prepare light meals and snacks and assist with feeding if needed. Help with light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and keeping the home organized and safe.
