Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code). Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes. Must have an excellent understanding of ECG interpretation, and familiarity caring for patients with common cardiac issues including Congestive Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation. Proficiency with post ACS/MI care protocols, a good understanding of key labs and medications related to cardiac rhythm, ECG administration, cardioversion, and external pacing. Strong familiarity with titration of common cardiac drips following facility protocols. 
Registered Nurse - ECMO (0.9 FTE, Nights) We’re hiring an ECMO Specialist (Registered Nurse), to support ECMO needs and work in our ICU. $15,000 sign on bonus + Relocation for qualified external applicants $3/ hour premium when assigned to a pump as an ECMO specialist As an integral member of the Health Care Team, the RN functions within the Scope of Practice as defined by the State, the ANA Scope and Standards for Pediatric Nursing Practice, and adheres to Seattle Children's policies/procedures and guidelines of care. Registered Nurse - PICU (0.9FTE, Nights) Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for experienced pediatric ICU RNs that meet eligibility requirements. No pediatrics experience? No problem! If you have experience working with adult populations, we will provide training on working with pediatric patients and their families while leveraging the adult RN experience you already have. The PICU has 40 beds with 8 additional expansion beds specifically dedicated to pediatric critical care for tracheotomy, CRRT, vents, organ transplant, and bone marrow transplant with research and ECMO services.
