Responsibilities Patient Care 1. The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to medically complex pediatric residents . This position requires a clinically strong RN who can lead the nursing staff, respond to changes in resident condition, and ensure appropriate communication and follow-through throughout the evening shift. Candidates must have previous PICU or NICU experience and be comfortable working with children who have complex medical and clinical needs.
