Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications Current unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of two years of nursing experience. Experience working with individuals with IDD, behavioral health, crisis care, or community health is preferred. Knowledge of OPWDD, OMH, and DOH regulations is preferred. Strong assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
