Position Summary The Growth and Nutrition Program (GNP) at Boston Children’s Hospital is one of seven multidisciplinary programs partially funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to support infants and young children experiencing malnutrition and/or feeding difficulties. We are seeking a temporary Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized, family-centered care to pediatric patients (newborn through age 7) with feeding challenges and poor weight gain. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, manage, and improve nutritional outcomes across clinical and community settings. Position Summary The HRD/WC Telephonic Nurse Case Manager provides early intervention to injured Commonwealth employees via telephonic support. The Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will have ongoing contact with medical treatment providers, injured workers and adjusters to facilitate the delivery of appropriate medical treatment for injured workers, with the goal of a safe, timely return to work. Please note (requirement): This position requires the selected candidate to be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
