With 57 long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Similarly, our nine-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. Job Summary Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Assistant Dean III-Nursing Student Success Coach and Retention Specialist serves as a resource to faculty and staff by sharing best practices related to academic coaching, student support strategies, and retention efforts. The position participates in student-facing programming, including orientation, recruitment events, and embedded student success courses. This role maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student progression and retention and supports ongoing program assessment and improvement efforts. All initiatives and interventions are developed and implemented in alignment with established undergraduate program goals and in collaboration with academic leadership. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across units to achieve defined student success outcomes.

Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies. Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
