As an In‑Home Services Caregiver/Aide, each day offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to clients right where they feel safest at home. Your day typically begins by reviewing your visit schedule and preparing for the unique needs of each client. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility—helping clients feel their best and maintain dignity in their homes. Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under the guidance of healthcare professionals, offering peace of mind to clients and their families. Support transportation and mobility needs, which may include helping clients safely transfer, accompanying them to medical appointments, assisting with grocery shopping, or taking them to other important outings.
