What You'll Bring Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Experience Minimum of five years of leadership experience required. Demonstrated experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical operations, resources, and patient care delivery. Licensure & Certifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required. BLS Healthcare Provider certification required. Certification in a clinical specialty preferred. Safely recover patients post sedation, perform discharge teaching, and evaluate safety of patient discharge. Coordinate correct research specimen collection with research coordinators.
