Provide care and monitoring of vascular access sites and report complications or changes promptly. Promote infection prevention and control practices throughout the dialysis treatment process. Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education as required. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the rights, dignity, and safety of each patient. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications for RN Hemodialysis Nurse: Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
