Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 Days Per Week | Every Other Weekend Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This position offers a consistent schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) , including every other weekend , providing an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
