Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Primary Care Office Nurse (LPN) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located Lower Gwynedd, PA. Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall health and well-being of residents by delivering high-quality, person-directed care and nursing services within the Primary Care Office. This role is essential in advancing the Acts Signature Well-Being Model by contributing to interdisciplinary care, supporting proactive health monitoring, and facilitating access to well-being resources. Collaborates closely with the Nurse Practitioner and the broader wellness team to foster a holistic, resident-centered approach that promotes independence, dignity, and thriving in place. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a senior living, primary care, or wellness-focused environment Prior experience in office management, care coordination, or leadership roles is strongly preferred Current certification in CPR, AED, and first aid (or obtain within three months of employment) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
