Provide wound care. · Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards. · Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. · Help coach staff as necessary.
