Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Key Responsibilities: Supervise, lead, and mentor nursing staff, including CNAs and LPNs, to ensure high-quality care delivery. Manage daily unit operations, including staffing, patient care, and documentation. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor and evaluate residents' health status and progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans. Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards. Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Qualifications: Current and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing. Previous experience in long-term care or nursing management preferred. Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to residents' needs. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
