Clinical background of wound care; including but not limited to chronic, debilitating, stalled, or infected wounds Must be comfortable with diagnosing and treating diabetic, arterial, venous, and mixed etiology wounds or Kennedy Ulcers. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient wound care while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Position Overview The APP will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with complex wounds in the outpatient setting, providing both direct care and coordination across services to support optimal healing and patient experience.
