Qualifications What You’ll Bring Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, a Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. BLS (CPR) is required. Certification as an Ambulatory Nurse (RN-BC) is desirable and preferred within two (2) years of hire.
