Overview NaphCare is hiring LPN to join our team of medical professionals in Union Springs, AL , where we manage all aspects of healthcare for the individuals who are currently incarcerated in the Bullock Inpatient Facility . As a Correctional Nurse , you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide care to the individuals in residence. Working within a controlled environment, where security is top priority and the days are never dull, you will have various duties to keep you engaged including performing physical assessments, administering medications, managing chronic illnesses, and responding to emergencies. Planning - an organized step in the process that consists of the identification of actual or potential problems and desired outcomes (goals) that result in a documented plan of care. The plan of care provides direction for the patient/family/significant other and interdisciplinary team. Intervention - the specific interventions or orders that are implemented consistent with the plan of care and medical treatment plan. Evaluation - a step in the process that involves determining the effectiveness of the interventions in achieving the plan of care and determining the conclusions concerning the achievement or lack of achievement of desired outcomes.
