In this leadership-focused clinical role, you will partner with the Director and Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Operating Room. Acting as a clinical resource and mentor for team members, you will support best practices, coordinate specialty-specific initiatives, and maintain a high standard of surgical care.
