Responsibilities The Centralized Patient Monitoring Department - Charge Nurse for Community Health System (CHS) has daily oversight and supportive resourcing of the clinical staff and the management of patient care. They serve as the primary liaison for an assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
