FLSA Status Non-Exempt Job Role Summary The Cath Lab/IR nurse provides clinical care to a variety of patients in the procedural area. The Cath Lab/IR nurse will assist the procedural physician by managing critical medications, providing oversight of patient hemodynamic status, sedation level, as well as document all aspects of the procedure. The Cath Lab/IR nurse will also be responsible for prepping and recovering patients from procedures and providing all necessary patient education and support.
