Position Summary Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and organized Assistant Team Lead RN to support the clinical leadership team and provide guidance to our hospice nursing staff. The Assistant Team Lead RN will assist with the day-to-day coordination of clinical services, support RN Case Managers, help ensure quality patient care, and promote compliance with hospice regulations, company policies, and clinical standards. Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred . Minimum of 2–3 years of professional nursing experience . Previous hospice, home health, palliative care, or end-of-life care experience strongly preferred. Previous leadership, charge nurse, preceptor, or supervisory experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate automobile insurance. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer applications.
