Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management. Manages evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures and enhance the exceptional care provided to patients. Manages the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes and supports recovery. 10-bed CVICU at a Level 2 Trauma Center, featuring a supportive, engaged leadership team, exceptional co-workers, and ample opportunities for professional growth. PRN Schedule - MINIMUM 1 12-hr shift per week plus rotating weekend. What qualifications you will need: Graduate from accredited school of nursing with either an AND or BSN degree.
