Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit. Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement. Qualifications for Unit Manager: Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
