Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care. Required Criteria New York State RN License Master of Science in Nursing required BLS from American Heart Association ACLS within 90 days of hire NRP within 90 days of hire Certification in Inpatient Obstetrical Nursing NCC Certification in Fetal Monitoring Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, of which at least 2 years are related to staff education.
