Ensures all acute treatments are performed in contracted hospitals according to the established policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Position Summary: The Field Clinical Supervisor combines direct field clinical practice with office-based case management and quality functions to support HealthFlex Home Health Services' patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The Field Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical resource bridging field operations and administrative/quality functions.
