The medical oncology unit is a state of the art 32 bed facility. With acute and Intermediate level care provided. Nursing staff work collaboratively with leadership in a shared governance model. Through this work they have developed and implemented staffing scheduling practices which support 12-hour shifts, and fair and flexible approach to weekends and holidays.
