Ensures self-compliance with professional, regulatory and government standards of care. Demonstrates teamwork through communication, cooperation, coordination, and conflict resolution with others and implementing multidisciplinary actions to provide continuity of care. Ensures the satisfactory completion of clinical procedures, documentation, educational and procedural teaching of the patient and their significant other/parent before and after surgery. Position Summary Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is looking to add a Resgistered Nurse (RN) to work with our Surgery team in our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) . This will be a Full-time role working Monday-Friday. Call is required for this position. The RN in this role will circulate in the operating room and is responsible for providing patient care before, during, and after surgery. Their duties include preparing the operating room and sterile instruments, ensuring patient safety and proper positioning, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.
