Support onboarding,orientation, and training for new administrative staff, and ensure ongoing development for existing team members. Serve as a resource and liaison for patients, staff, and providers regarding nursing and operational concerns, escalating as appropriate to Practice Administrator or Ambulatory Operations Director.
