The Registered Nurse is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Works with other departments and co-workers to provide quality patient care across the continuum, efficient patient flow and unit maintenance and organization. Reviewing daily lab slips and results and forward to appropriate provider, oversees surgical suite (minor surgeries), screens surgical candidates and make sure that is a smooth flow during procedures. Oversees Quad A compliance and reviews lab processes and compliance. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Education: A degree from an accredited nursing program. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-volume outpatient OB/GYN practice. Previous experience managing others. Active CPR certification. Knowledge of CPT coding, Lab order sets, LabDAQ, LOINC, LIS, Quad A and eCW beneficial.
