You will be contacted when a center has a need for additional PRNs to provide coverage. Below is a list of our centers: Torrance Long Beach What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay between$54- $58, with variations based on experience andexpertise. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Associate Degree in Nursingrequired; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings. Infusion experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Valid RN License. Current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS/PALS certification. Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Computer literacy, includingproficiencyin Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction. Recent IV experience. Essential Functions: Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms. Educate patients about their treatments and address any concerns about adverse reactions. Administer prescribed medications andestablishIV access, including central lines. Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments. EnsureaccurateandtimelyEMR documentation. Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergency situations calmly and effectively. Keep infusion rooms clean and well-stocked. Answer phone calls as needed, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Work Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm Work Location: Primary Location is Roper MOB although must be able to travel to multiple locations including BSSF MOB (West Ashley), Mount Pleasant MOB, and Berkeley MOB (Summerville) as needed. Job Summary: Provides patient care at Roper St. Francis Health Care sites, as assigned, using approved protocols. Facilitate the timely communication of clinical advice to patients electronically or by phone as directed by practice providers. Ensure all needed medical records are available to care teams and providers prior to patient’s office visit. Coordinate with other team members to provide exceptional patient service. The RN will receive training on the Electronic Health Record system (EHR). Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Experience: One to two years RN experience, preferable. Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina or holds a current compact/multi-state license as a Registered Nurse in a recognized NCSBN Compact State and is not a permanent resident of SC.
