Implement and monitor individualized care plans for laboring patients, recording and communicating any changes in condition. Serve as the primary coordinator for all healthcare disciplines involved in high-risk deliveries. Execute physician and nursing orders and coordinate with the healthcare team for discharge planning and follow-up care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
