Job Description Job Summary: The Coordinator-Heart Transplant 1 RN functions in collaboration with the Coordinator-Transplant Two (2) RN. Applies the nursing process based on knowledge of cardiac disease and cardiac transplantation to case manage and coordinate all aspects of the national and international cardiac transplantation process for patients of all ages.
