Transcribes orders, AVS, outside provider notes, and care information into the EHR per RJHC policy. Ensures orders are second-checked and placed in RCM boxes for processing. Maintains objective, professional documentation in the resident EHR. Assists with audits, care planning, incident investigations, wound care, and other nursing assessments as assigned during low-volume periods. Ability to manage the emotional and physical demands of the role, including frequent movement, resident repositioning, bending, lifting, and overhead reaching, while maintaining focus and professionalism amid interruptions and interactions with distressed residents, families, or staff.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Other Duties As Assigned: This job description is not exhaustive; duties may change at any time with or without notice. Ability to work beyond normal hours, weekends, holidays, or on-call as needed to ensure safe resident care.
