Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. b. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. c. Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred. 2. Experience a. Plan resident admission as ordered by physician, perform assessment, verify orders with physician, and notify pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments, as necessary.
