Schedule: Monday through Friday during daytime clinic hours (with shifts between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM). No Nights, No Weekends, No On Call The RN Staff Nurse will be immersed in a supportive, high-caliber clinical environment keen to transformative care, particularly for patients undergoing breast reconstruction and specialized cosmetic procedures. Working directly alongside two seasoned nurses, a dedicated medical assistant, and expert surgeons, the RN will master specialized clinical skills. Daily responsibilities include setting up and assisting with in-office procedures, conducting post-operative visits, managing tissue expansion fills, handling drains and suture removals, clinical photography, and autoclave operation. Beyond hands-on care, the nurse plays a central role in patient navigation through chart preparation, pre-op medication coordination, and patient education via MyChart and phone support.
