Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate. Consistently identifies safety issues concerning the patient and staff during visit. Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider. Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care. Participates in the development and delivery of education and competency validation of clinical staff. Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an on-going basis per department standards. Administers medications per provider order. Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking and completing all department competencies.
