Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License At least one year of knowledge and experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, or Acute Care Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within established timeframe Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during high-stress situations Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Bilingual language skills Emergency nursing certification (CEN) preferred Experience with electronic medical record systems Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis.
