Pacemakers For MRI - Ensure the safe management of patients with MR Conditional pacemakers or implantable cardiac devices during MRI procedures by programming the device into MRI-safe mode and restoring it post-scan. Patient Screening & Assessment: Screen and assess patients for safe moderate/minimal sedation in procedures such as diagnostic cerebral angiograms, angiograms for embolization, tunneled line placements, implanted ports, and dialysis catheter placements. Moderate Sedation for Additional Procedures: Administer moderate sedation for other procedures such as bone biopsies and solid organ biopsies, ensuring safety and patient comfort throughout. Anesthesia Recovery: Oversee the recovery of patients from general anesthesia, ensuring stability and safety before transferring them to other areas within the hospital.
