Location: Gulf Coast Skilled Nursing,P lantation Road Fort Myers FL 33912 Department: Skilled Nursing, 95 Beds, 3 Floors, Full Bathrooms Work Type: Part Time (36 hours bi-weekly) Shift: Nights, 7:00:00PM to 7:30:00AM (Night differential = $ 6.00 p/hour) Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $22.34 - $29.04 / hour Patient population: Adult/21 years+ to Geriatric Examples of conditions treated: Joint Surgery, Heart Surgery, Stroke, COPD ...etc. Average length of stay: Approximately 14 days Summary Performs and documents selected acts such as the administration of treatments and medications in delivery of patient care under the guidance and discretion of the registered nurse. Assist the RN in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established policies. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
