The Clinic LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) performs assigned nursing procedures and provides general nursing care to participants, in accordance with InnovAge policies and all applicable regulations. Weekender Program – Salary and Schedule Overview Individuals hired for a Weekender position are required to work two (2) 12-hour shifts between 7:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday.
